Wife, mom, daughter, friend, founder, certified Martha Beck life-coach and a suburbanite since 2006, I am someone who is equally at ease reading the pages of US Magazine as those of Eckhart Tolle.

I try to squeeze every minute out of every hour and every hour out of every minute and am a student of life. I am the daughter of a liberal minded psychologist and a conservative businessman and the third born in a family of all men. This powerful combination has made me a therapeutic healer, pragmatic thinker and a savvy shopper to boot. I am both silly and serious, bold and insecure. I am at my happiest when running alone in quiet solitude as well as laughing uproariously with good friends. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than to help others live their best life whether it be through the perfect shoe, yoga pose or life coaching lesson.

I am a certified Martha Beck life coach with a B.A. in psychology and art history from Emory University. I have worked in sales, marketing and event planning for nearly 20 years for companies such as Tiffany & Co., E! and Bongar Entertainment.

I treasure my weekly "date nights" with my husband and our 8 year old boy/girl twins and 4 year old daughter help us keep things busy busy happy each and everyday!
